Apple will announce software for you to run your phones before launching the world with it’s new phones
The new iPhone screen can be personalised according to Bloomberg’s iPhone analyst Mark Gurman.
IPhone Home Screen Gurman adds that the iPhone home screen is getting a total do-over. This is what would make it “allow users to change the colour of app icons and place them wherever they want”. To take one example, any existing social icons can all be made blue or for stocks related ones, you might make them green — they will not need to follow the universal grid we’ve had since 2007 day in and out.
Gurman: They’re gonna all look a lot different than they do today, because these are customizable smartphones. I mean that so literally.
The upcoming unveiling, slated to take place on June 10, will reportedly have a significant AI based them. Gurman reports that AI-generated emojis could be in tow.
We want to bring generative AI straight into your emojis,” he said. The startup is working on building software that will allow it to generate custom behind-the-glass emojis on the fly based on what people are texting. That could give you a fresh, new emoji for any situation beyond the pages of Apple’s existing iPhone and other-device catalog.
